Return Policy

BRL Coffee Co. strives to provide our customers with delicious, high-quality coffee. We want you to be happy with your BRL experience, so our goal is to make sure our return policy reflects that. 

Returns

Coffee - Coffee is perishable and our single origin beans are roasted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. However, we understand that a full-sized bag might be a quite a commitment, so we’ve created a variety sample pack so that you can try different flavors and find the ones you love! 

Everything Else - If you are not happy with our non-perishable merchandise in any way, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. The returned item must be in its original condition. Please provide the following information via email to your.friend@brlcoffee.com: Your full name and the reason for the return. Once received, we will refund your purchase amount, less the cost of shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to choose the carrier that’s most convenient for you. We do recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive the merchandise. 

 

Changes or Cancellations

 

Need to make a change or cancel your order? Not to worry – we’re here to help! Just email us at your.friend@brlcoffee.com prior to 4pm Eastern on the same day of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Incorrect Items or Damaged in Transit

Your order means a lot to us, so we carefully package it to ensure all items are present and to protect against damage during shipping. However, should an item be incorrect or missing from your order or arrive in damaged condition, please let us know at your.friend@brlcoffee.com within 2 days of receipt so that we can work to resolve the issue.
